The Fully Catered option
Fully catered option provides evening meals 6 nights a week.
Typical Menu for fully catered option:
Breakfast:
Cereal,
porridge,
fresh bread,
croissants,
yoghurt,
fruit & fruit juice,
tea and coffee.
Afternoon Tea:
One of home-baked cake, muffins, flap jacks.
Dinner:
Ann will choose 3 from: Starter, main course, cheeses, pudding.
(AOC) wine with your meal. Vintage cellared wine available to buy.
Typical course options:
All main courses served with a selection of fresh & local vegetables.
Goat's cheese parcels with red onion marmalade.
Parma ham & pears with fig compôte.
Boeuf Bourguignon.
Chicken with pesto.
Raspberry Roulade.
Crème brûlée.
Tea/Coffee.
